Returns - personalised items are non refundable or returnable. If there is any issue with your item please contact us directly. We are unable to cancel or amend orders.

Delivery - all items are currently posted via royal mail 48hr recorded delivery. You will receive a dispatched email and tracking info direct from Royal Mail.
international delivery - please note some countries may add import tax - this is out of our control so please order at your own discretion.
if addresses are incorrect and returned to me you will be charged postage again to receive the order.

All personalised items are up to 14 working day dispatch time, unless otherwise advised on our website banner / social media pages or the product info itself.

personalisation - there is a box on every product to add your personalised requests, as advised on all products you must enter colour / design requests and name - if this is left blank the item will be sent blank. If colours / style isn’t requested we will choose for you. All items are personalised with vinyl adhesive or heat press vinyl.
